To put on Traces
(If not already cut) Cut the wires to fit
your teeth and use the glue given to you,
or any glue you have available and apply a small amount of glue on each bracket than put on teeth..
To take off
just gently put the wire from teeth.
How to remove glue for brackets to reuse:
* get a glass or cup or container of hot water
put Traces inside the hot water and let is sit
*the next day or the next couple hours get traces
out of the glass remove the soggy glue residue
* Fill the glass with hot water again and let the Traces sit until the glue is all gone !
How to remove glue from teeth!
It takes up to a week for the glue from teeth to dissolve just make sure your brushing morning and night with the toothbrush provided or with your own.
